Let's face it...the only REAL assistant coach from last year was Steve Curran. Curran did a massive amount of game prep, recruiting (still was on the road as of Aug 1) and scheduling. Sparks was a great guy, and a motivator but really not a big piece of the puzzle.

That statement is just wrong. The scheduling is not done by Curran, and every assistant coach does game prep, they alternate.
