中央台說,四川成都一名商人製作掛麵時,以禁用的明礬、泡屍液福馬林改善口感和漂白。


專家警告,明礬易引發老年癡呆、記憶智力下降,福馬林則會致癌。但這些致癌掛麵已經流入各地。

報道指出,成都市主要的商品集散地五塊石商貿市場,販售的掛麵愈白愈便宜,而發黃、賣相不佳的反而貴,原因是白掛麵添加致癌藥劑。

龍潭寺附近是成都市最著名的掛麵生產地。當地一家製造商說,掛麵做得好不好關鍵在於添加明礬,增加咬勁和美觀;廠商還透露,一般食品漂白劑不僅價格太高,效果又不及福馬林,所以廠商多會加入千分之一比例的福馬林漂白。

廠商坦承,知道福馬林可能致癌,但因當地廠商都普遍使用,且為節省成本只好有樣學樣。
