湖南檢1噸甲醛加工米粉

【明報專訊】湖南省質量技術監督局前日公布，懷化市質量技術監督局執法人員在上周五（11日）查獲14,000公斤（1.4噸）添加了甲醛的有毒米粉。

據《東方新報》報道，本月11日，懷化市質量技術監督局檢查李勝丁等個體米粉加工店。該店屬租用民房，衛生條件極差，生活、生產、倉儲都擠在總面積不足30平方米﹔用作生產原料的大米都已生蟲。執法人員依法封存其生產原料和生產設備，並取走米粉抽樣檢驗，結果顯示甲醛定性試驗呈陽性。

米粉加工店承認，在米粉加工過程中加入「吊白塊」（甲醛次硫酸氫鈉的俗稱），生產以來共購入吊白塊0.5公斤，加工大米7000公斤，製成米粉14,000公斤，米粉每公斤售價0.84元人民幣。「吊白塊」是有毒的工業用漂白劑，人食用後會損害肝腎臟，嚴重可致癌變。
