The decent runs that came in tuesday and wensday have progressed upriver and are now located between sportmens pool and the old trestle hole. There are also moderate numbers of mudmarlin scattered between route 2a and sportmen's and between Trestle and Altmar. Doug's salmon ropers (DSR) area was slow based on reports by the fish cleaner there. Good Runs in the sandies have been whittled down by heavy pressure but the lower ends of these still have good numbers of sharks and light pressure. Black River is loaded due to very high water there bringing in lots of sharks. I just left the salmon river mouth where lots mudmarlin arre currently leaping. Hopefully, a new is now coming up. Stay tuned shark hunters. walleyed out.
