Bob-I'm not forcing my way...it's just a better way. Get the DEC in there, that would be GREAT!!! Communism is dead Bob and there's some great fishing in Russia...you should go there, no really, go there. Yes you can line a fish or foul hook it with a fly rod, but a fly fisherman is more apt to break off a steelie hooked in the tail, than to drag it ass backwards until it's dead. Spin fisherman are more apt to do the later. Hang out below the Altmar bridge or the Schoolhouse Pool (I saw it twice yesterday and one wasn't even released) and observe...I am in favor of a 4ft. leader. That's fine with me...
