Here here...Walleyed. A very honest and direct statement about the nonsense of "Search" fishermen. Anybody who has dropped down the expectations of fishing to "just hooking a bunch" without a decent chance of actually CATCHING the fish is no longer actually FISHING. If these people who are emplying these methods are guides, then I'd say they are not representing their clients in the manor a guide is hired.

For those who've been hood winked into thinking this is some revelutionary new method only your friend or guide is a privey to...it's not. Been around for ever. Most people were too embarrased to admit they fish this way. Now some are proclaiming their extra special "Fishing Powers" by employing this technique. Snagging is snagging no matter how you do it.

Please write the DEC officials who've been listed in other posts to oppose these methods. Enough is enough. These folks who pull this crap do it to themselves. There would be now need for this type of reg effort if people would JUST fish. The most important message Walleyed delivered....Fish don't always Bite....DEAL WITH IT!...accept the fact that you can't always have a banner day...but nobody gets in your way to take a "legal shot" at "catching" fish.

It's simple folks....JUST FISH!
