In reply to: Sigurthor 's message, "New Play" on 19:39:20 01/06/02 Sun

There's a bit more in the London Theatre News announcement:
"The play by the Icelandic novelist is about a successful business tycoon who is preparing for a solitary gourmet feast at home, when his plans are disrupted by the arrival of a young stranger. A battle of wits and dark revelations ensue." Good idea - more stage time. Bad idea - more dark revelations, hasn't he had enough? Well, maybe the battle of wits part will be funny.
And London Theatre Guide links to Cinephilia's "undead" site: http://www.londontheatre.co.uk/londontheatre/news/jan02/8thjan02feast.htm
Whoo-hoo!!

They "borrowed" "my" photo of Lovejoy! Oh well, I really need to win the lottery now. That play sounds much more to my taste than "Major Barbara" was. Wouldn't it be great if I could spend a week in Europe and see my two old "puppy loves" in their respective plays?

Sigh... I can dream!

I know, it's so old and scanned looking, I can't believe it. We've got perfectly decent new things for them to steal, but oh well.

Well, now with all that anti-terrorist nonsense (yeah, right, make the old guy prove he has a metal hip, that'll protect Old Glory) and, well, the terrorist nonsense, no one wants to fly. You can't get tickets any cheaper, and you can't get better rates on credit cards.
Meanwhile, I better go check my lottery tix... ;)
