I saw a small article in the New York Post about the screening of POTA. Helena Bonham-Carter, Charlton Heston and Mark Wahlberg were in attendance, but there was no mention of DW. Broadway is dark on Monday nights, so he should have been free to attend. But maybe he didn't want to go out, or maybe he saw Harold Pinter's play 'The Homecoming' featuring his frequent co-star, Ian Holm, at Lincoln Center?

Hi all - Found no pics on Yahoo, nor does any advertising or promotion mention him, and nothing relating to Helena's character mentions she has a dad anymore. Hrmmm... shades of Babe II?
Meanwhile, I've posted my last few announcements for the b'day board and am going underground for a few days to prep (and do actual work, whatta concept). Luckily, I finally remembered an old, damaged shipment of Indian Silk paper that UPS gave me for free after punching a hole in the box in transit. There's a sheet of white with silver and one of pink with multicolor threads; plus I have two micropoint black markers and Derwent pencils in gold, silver, copper and metallic purple plus some orange-yellow silk tape. After fretting about hardware for the scroll (dowels or a cord to hang it with) I decided all that would be too unwieldy so I'm just tying it with a gold-trimmed red ribbon.
Cross yer fingers (if so inclined...)!!!!
