 For the next 6 weeks, starting Friday 2nd December 2005, David is reading "Oliver Twist" on BBC2.
Remember, if you miss it on the radio, you can hear it through the beeb's website - www.bbc.co.uk
Look for "Listen again" and it is on BBC2 at 9.15 p.m.

Thanks for the tip-off, Shirley! I just listened, and it was great. I loved the movie (1948 version) but never got around to reading the book, which I bought years ago. So thank you, David Warner, for reading it to me! (I never knew the Artful Dodger had a name before. DW really brings him to life.)

*sigh* Dickens's words, DW's voice ... what a combination. Can't wait for the next installment! :-)
