Subject: LOCATION VOTING PROCESS: READ CAREFULLY!!

Alright. Below this I will be posting all the cities that have been nominated & seconded. I will be posting the basic points about each that have been posted.

What you need to do is as follows:

Email webmistress@whosers.com with your full name, whatever name you go by on the boards, and with your two location votes. You get a first choice and a second choice, so pick wisely. And pick only from the list placed below - anything that was not seconded is not going to be counted now. (please see the example at the bottom of the board to see what I mean)

These votes will be counted up (first choice gets double the weight of second choice in the final tally).

If you do not follow the instructions & provide full name, the name you go by on the boards, email address and your location votes, your vote will not be counted. You've been warned.

Sample email (all details made up of course - use the real cities of your choice instead):
