John, Rune and Asha walked to the Basin Bridge about 20 minutes later.
"Ok so we don't waist any time Skyspirit agreed to take each of us over one at a time." Ahsa explained as they reached the bridge. "Isn't that right partner,"
Skyspirit felt so right with a saddle on again. And not wanting to disapoint his new parnter,
"Yyyyyeeeeeessss!" He replied. Ahsa went first, no problem.
John got over, okay. But when it came time for Rune to get on, he refused.
"Come on Ru,"John began to shout but Asha stuck her hand over his mouth.
"If we get caught they'll make us come back. And my mother doesn't have time for them to prepare a proper rescue." Asha wispered urgently.
"Then what do you propose we do." John asked with just a hint of annoyence. No matter where you were kids always seemed to be just the same, always stubborn.
"Well if we could get a basket.."Asha began, but John interuppted her.
"Nope, no way, it won't work. Rune hates hights. What if I got in the sattle with him?"
By now Skyspirit had given up pushing Rune unto the saddle and returned to the other side.
"Wwwwwwwwwoooooooonnnnnnn'tttt wwwwwwwwwwwoorrrrkk! Toooooooo mmmmmmuuuuuccccccchhhhhhh wwwweeeeiiiiighhhhhhht!"
"Can I offer my idea now? What if we got a covered basket, strapped it to the saddle, and put Rune in it."
"nope Rune is claustrophobic also,"
"O my gash, what isn't wrong fo this raptor."
"Gee, for a Dinotopian you sure can be rude."
"Ya, well I MIGHT be a little more cuopurative if my mother wasn't stuck in the Basin close to death, and probably being ripped to shreds by Giant Birds right NOW!"
"Did one of you say Giant Birds?" Ahsa, Skyspirit, and John turned to look at the silver clawed raptor who'd just entered the visinity."Maybe I can be of asistance?"
