Maybe you just need to take a break from Characters and Shadows for a while, and then come back to it. I bet when you have a little distance from it, you'll find that it's really a lot better than you're giving yourself credit for.

And I would be THRILLED if you went back to Good and Evil. I love love love that story and have been dying to know how it would turn out.

However, do whatever makes *you* feel productive and happy. I think it's safe to say we'll all cheerfully follow you along whatever path you take.
