Don't belive the press to hard.... They say that the 1.6 is not sporty enough.

Ok that's wright it's not an BMW M3 or an Audi Cuatro cabrio but do you need that ???????

For daily trafic the 1.6 is smooth enough. Here in belgium you can drive 50 and 70 km/h on the most places and in daytime the traffic is so slow (so manny vehicles on the road)

So wy do you need a 2.0 for (a diesel is oke if you do manny km a year)

Believe me I driver now a 1.6 cabrio of 1998 (not a 16V yet) and the new cc 1.6 16V is just as smooth as my current car nothing diferent. I did do a test drive in france with a 1.6 16V dynamic luxe

So if you are happy with a 1.6 then the new 1.6 wil be a right choise :-)))))
