Subject: He knocked quietly on the door...

There had been some trouble going on with his brothers, so he had been distracted lately, and things between them just seemed to be distant and strained. He didn't like it, she was usually the light in his life. With a sigh he shifted, clad in low slung dark jeans, a white beater, and a plaid shirt left unbuttoned over top of it.

She didn't cry herself to sleep every night anymore, and had ventured out of her suite more in the last couple of days, but still was avoiding the majority of people. Looking roughly beautiful, she crawled off the couch where she had been curled up to answer the door - a hand absently smoothing her hair and then over her stomach when she saw it was him.
