Michael,

Thank you for your prompt response; I ordered a new battery yesterday; In the mean time, I was able to start the PDA today, the battery showed 3/4 charged; I re-synched it, but I still do not know how to check the suspect battery or if the PDA has another problem. Any advice to troubleshoot?
