- What model Dell PC?
- Does XP Plug n Play recognize the m130 when you connect it?
- If the Dell is under warranty, did you try and contact Dell about the possible need for updated USB drivers?
- What other USB devices are you running?
- Is it possible to try the install without the other USB devices (except for the m130) connected?
- If you have the hotsync manager in the icon try, when you right click on the icon, what does it indicate as to how the device is connected?
- Are you planning to sync to the Palm Desktop? If so, is it installed on the PC?
