I found that the battery had completely discharged and had reset it to it's original configuration. I switched to Win XP and find I am not able to establish communication. I checked Handspring's site and downloaded the new installation software, but that didn't work either. Is this an XP problem? Do I need to re-install ME so I can sync with the Handspring?
