do you seriously think we the consumer should have to put up with and solve inacceptable design flaws??? i have owned a palm now for 4 months,the same 515 you have, and USB hotsync won't work anymore.ìve asked palm to give me a refund,so i can upgrade to a tungsten t.even here in switzerland palm is totally incompetent and online support non-existent.i hope you don't have a similar problem with your palm.......
