- What version of Windows?
- Was the Palm Vx syncing via serial or USB
- What happened when you tried to sync the "E"? Did you get an error message?
- Do you know what the old Palm Desktop version number was?
- Did the Palm Desktop software specifically instruct you to install the new version over the old version?
- Did you use the same hotsync ID in the Tungsten "E" that you had in the Vx? Does that hotsync ID appear in the new Palm Desktop version?
Do all the hotsync conduits appear to be properly setup?
