>Hello again,

I ordered the battery from Gethightech. I followed their directions on replacement. The 515 turned on and started to power up. Then it went completely dead again! I put it on a new cradle and power cord and still no light. I am not sure what to do next. PLEASE help.

Should I replace the motherboard, or should I just get a reconditioned one? Any other suggestions would be of great help. I am so disappointed. I barely used it and to have all this trouble. Palm doesn't want to know a thing about it all they want is their money upfront.

Thank you.

Donna
