Also ... their "studios" were located on East Entry Drive in Banksville. It was right by Eat 'n Park.)


Their transmitter was up the hill at the old WJAS site near Crane Village Apartments. Though when they first signed on it was on the WDUQ tower on Mt. Washington. They would test using odd stuff. I turned them on once and they were running a Seattle Mariners baseball game hijacked right off an old C-band dish. Other times a lady sitting in a chair (I think she owned the station) being worked on by a makeup artist as the camera panned about, zoomed in and out, trying to set up the shot. I think I may have a couple of movies I taped off the air on a VHS cassette tucked away someplace.
