Bob started in the cycle business back in the mid-1960s. He had a place on the North Side, then eventually moved to the location on Route 65 that you mentioned. He was there for a long time. When his son took over the business, they moved to Moon Township. The family must have sold the business. It has a different name now and the website makes no mention of its history as Bob Tracey's World of Cycles.

Tracey was one of the great characters of Pittsburgh radio. When he did the 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. show on KDKA, there was a 15-minute newscast at noon. Bob would leave the studio in Gateway Center and run over to Market Square to have an oyster and bottle of beer at the Oyster House. Then he would dash back to KDKA to resume the show. He would always have a record cued for the engineer to start in case he didn't quite make it on time. But he said he could usually make the round trip in the allotted 15 minutes.
