Subject: Re: Sunday fallout
In reply to: Rick Nirschl 's message, "Sunday fallout" on 06:43:43 05/14/02 Tue

The magnitude of Sunday's action is starting to become clear. There was a major push of migrants in my yard as well, in Temperance, MI. I had 13 species of warblers, all of them in full song. Plus the normal squadron of grosbeaks, tanagers, orioles, and Indigo buntings.

At my sister's house in West Toledo (which is normally quite devoid of birds altogether), there were 6 kinds of warblers and Red-eyed vireo.

Seems like the fallout was very widespread on the west side of the river. Pretty neat!
