I don't see how this won't be commonplace. If you don't like double negatives, I'm trying to say that divided locker rooms will become the norm, not the exception.

Locker rooms can be disrupted by disappointment over playing time, differences of opinion over the offensive or defensive philosophies in place, or simple personality clashes.

Now compared to these historical factors, how do you think NIL money compares?

I'd say that NIL will soon move to the top of the list. That is bad news for locker rooms. One of the very very best things about team sports is subjugating one's own ego and desires to team goals. That may soon become a quaint anachronism.
