John, I'm not going to patronize you, but it is clear that you think religion to be the cause that you have to attack. You seem to believe all the wrongs in the world stem from religion or at least most of the wrongs. I would suggest to you that you might want to consider two concepts that might get you past the ongoing argument you have against religion and religious members in our political party.

First, I suggest that, imperfect as we religious types are, that maybe you should realize that of all the people on this earth, Libertarian Christians and Libertarians of other faiths are among the most tolerant of any persons, because they believe that "All people have the right to live their life in whatever manner they choose as long as they do not infringe on the right of other persons to do the same." What you call "mind control" they call "persuasion" and they do not force their morality upon anyone by the force of government as so many who consider themselves religious do.

The second idea is, if you can not find it in yourself to come to peace with those members of the party that you consider brainwashed and corrupted by religion then maybe you need to find, or start, a political party that you can tolerate by its absence of any religious members.

If you don’t seem to find either of these ideas reasonable, or to your liking, you can continue until the day you die (or as long as you choose,) to be embittered and against a large segment of the membership of the Libertarian Party who have a faith that you consider illogical and inherently wrong. That is what you are doing now.

If your major beef is against the mixture of government and religion, we Libertarians who consider ourselves people of faith are with you on that. If your beef is against all persons who believe in a higher power then you could live and protest religion forever and never see the end of our faith.

Of course, it could be that you just derive great pleasure from pissing off people of faith.
