The number of practicing or should I say believing Jews is dropping just as the number of practicing Christians are dropping. Very few Jews converted to Christianity for the reasons of 'reason' as you indirectly suggest.

Scientists believe in truth if it is proven. They can explore a hypotheses before it is proven and say. We think that this might be true, let's find out for sure if we can. 1+1 = 2 is generally accepted as a fact.
I don't believe that a state of Palestine must be created. I believe if may be created and that would be a solution to many problems. I certainly don't push it. And I certainly support a strategy that delays it if there is a benefit to Israel to do so.

You are twisting two unrelated facts.
1. The Jews of Israel today have not converted to Christianity.
2. And the Jews who converted to Christianity, a) are not the Jews of today, b) generally didn't do it for reasons you suggest.

An Arab wanting an Arab state is not a con. It's only a con if you accept your absolute truth. There is a lot more to people than their opinions on an Arab state. Jews have a lot more in common with Christains, even fervent ones like you, than they do with Islamic peoples. It is a strategy that you have to pretend that adherence to a small set of truths is the only judge of people.
Before Christian dogma took you over, you thought very much like your typical educated western person brought up in so called Judao-Christian values. Now you come along and grouped the world's peoples completely differently. Now the Jews are like the Islamic people according to you?
