I'll be doing a post about the composting head project in the not too distant future (I'm just getting the boat ready to sail up to New England from St Martin so in something of a too much to do in too little time situation)on the Boat Bits Blog.

But the short form is that I'd like to have a better means of dealing with the liquid component (I have to dump that every couple of days) which is no hassle at anchor but the idea of carrying a 2 1/2 gallon container through the boat into the cockpit and dumping while on passage beating to windward... Well I can think of all sorts of "this is not good" scenarios!

Otherwise every thing works just fine... No smell and no hassle.
