awesome! just like you say about keeping a scrapbook, i have poured over many details about MACHA to better inform me about setting up my double-ended gaffer. (did i say that i got the stays'l sheet points installed on deck and seem to be located beautifully... and have copied the 2:1 single-whip/pennant stays'l sheet arrangement from MACHA? yeah, good stuff.)

also, i have winch envy. those are BEAUTIFUL! did you get them from classic marine? or used somewhere?

i'm sure that your posts will spur me to ask more questions and request pictures... so get ready.
