Yes, it will, a LOT of small boat stoves of days gone by are built on the rocket concept.

Perry has a super nice one I gave him, but I don't remember the name of the manufacturer.

I had a GYPSY on Renegade, that was a beater for sure, that I installed propane in as well, that was a very fine stove indeed.

Very powerful stoves and will keep the wettest boat dry.

Although I'm sure all these are out of production, the heat level generated is low enough such that any sensible welder could put one together with a jigsaw, metal cutting blades, and a rented welder quite easily.

I was negotiating for a RBN stove of the 1800's as a wedding gift for Ari and Sarah for Macha, but I'm sorry to report it's not going to come together. DAMN. Such a sweet piece with embossed relief Poseidon on the hatch. The oil stove will probably need to go at some point. That cost a lot to run even with fuel at 3 bucks a gallon. But, if that big tank comes out, suddenly there's double the room aft.
