Yikes! I believe "Captain" Patri has missed the point entirely. It seems that he was spending more of his time in the very expensive American classroom studying marketing rather than out doing any real living. What scares me is he really thinks he is thinking up something new. While settling the oceans would be a novel thing to do he is only talking about exporting American life off of the land and onto the oceans. He thinks his idea of creating a "different" liberal government is fresh and new, but that is what shows his lack of "life" experience. Especially because he is under the impression he needs lots of money.
I would hate to see all that pavement covering the ocean if this guy gets his way.
