There are plenty of areas to hunt where you don't need a permit at all or at least part of the time. Again why should someone have to hunt 3 lakes every weekend when you have a guy hunting Prairie lakes every weekend it is open.. Why can't they both hunt Prairie lakes then both hunt 3 lakes. They could if the Prairie lakes guy didn't have 2 or 3 permits in his pocket to keep others out.That is Bullshot and plain selfish.

I would love to see non transferable preference draws and also would love it if you had to apply for the same hunt every year or you lose your preference.
