Upon hearing that Taylor still wanted the mare, Mr. Cohen breathed a silent sigh of relief. There are so many people that don't want to put any work into their mounts, so to hear that Taylor was willing to was refreshing. It also gave him a good feeling that if bought, she'd go to a good home. Chantilly grazed pleasantly as if they weren't talking about her. While she is stunning and talented, her attention span and need for speed could not be ignored. Mr. Cohen answers her questions willingly.

I've ridden this mare myself, flat and jumps. In the arena you couldn't ask for a better mount. On the flat... she is one of the most comfortable horses you will ever sit on but her impatience is a force to reckon with. Even if her attention is kept by commands and cues, she seems to be wanting something else. The jumps are what she's looking for, always. If you can get past that, her elegance and fancy moving will win you the ribbons. She's smart as well. That could either work with you or against you, depending upon her. She could learn dressage very easily, or use her wits to get out of it. I don't think she'd do that but horses are predictable. I'd be more than happy to you take a try at her if you'd like. As for breeding, all of her talent was passed down from her father Alla Czar. So it runs in the family.

He pats the mare. Unfortunatly, years of doing the timed jumpers just messed with her mind. She didn't want to stay slow and pleasant. She was always looking for the next jump she needed to go to. If Taylor could get passed that, then Chantilly would be her mare.
