Date Posted: 10:07:32 09/08/06 Fri In reply to: dealer 's message, "..a taste of perfection.." on 08:42:05 09/08/06 Fri Taylor listened in silence, nodding when she thought it was warrented. A flicker of a smile touched her lips, then faded as Mr. Cohen continued on. She absorbed the information carefully, disecting each statement before filing it away to judge at a later date. I'm used to fast paced horses, and horses who have very little attention span. I've come up with a few different distractions. Indeed, Taylor had retrained jumpers to be dressage horses, and had had a few who were so focused on the jump that it had been a trial to retrain them. I'd love to give her a try. See for myself how she reacts. And while she was at it, she could test Chantilly on what flat work cues she knew. It would give Taylor the sort of information that Mr. Cohen couldn't provide.
