...this scenery is evergreen...
...you've always been so dear to me...

With the sensitive lobes pricked forward, alert and interest of exactly where his handler was taking him, and the deep russet eyes turning in wide, curious glances over his surroundings, the slender legs carry him in a lazy trot across the grassy lawn of cascade. A gentle pressure comes to the bit in his mouth, and obediantly, the lazy trot eases to a walk, then to a complete halt. Nostrils flare, snorting softly and giving a toss of his head as a front hoof paws at the ground before him. His handler dismounts, raising the stirrups to keep them from flapping about and hitting the stallion's side to startle him. The reins are reached for, and the elegant neck lowers, muscles quivering as he stomps again, allowing the man to take the reins and lead him forward to where several trees were. The reins are secured there, and a firm pat is given to the neck and withers before the man disappears. Head bobbing, he whinnies, pawing the ground again and letting his ears flick back, pacing nervously in place.
