 Too many people in our state, including the "experts", only think you are a player if you dunk the ball all the time. A dunk is exciting and fun to see, but it doesn't make or break a player. Magic, after the knee injuries, and Larry Bird probably wouldn't make the top 20 these days. But who cares where he is ranked in the state or country? Knowledgeable people recognize his talent. Rankings are for the masses, not a baketball "head" or coach.
Walker is a basketball player, not a human highlight dunker. He doesn't even whine and complain all the time like his big brother did at Carmel. Thank goodness he didn't learn that skill from him. He seems to have inherited everything else but that annoying trait and his height. I wonder if he'll grow 4 or 5 more inches? If he does, he's an All-American, if not, he's still going to be a great player if he keeps working hard.
