She shifted to play with his fingers, her eyes on their hands before they went on to check on the girls again. "Your mama is not going to be impressed when she finds out we bought a house here, this means we aren't ever going to move back to Hawaii." If they bought a house it was for good, a settling down and being together forever here type deal really.

It'd be nice to have our own place to go to there whenever we got the chance rather than crashing with parents or in a hotel..." He informed her quite matter-of-factly. No matter what, Hawaii would always be a home to him and he didn't want to write it out of their lives - he wanted it to be as important to their daughter as it was to them.
