• She was a little late- she'd helped Jackie clear up after dinner and had been shatting to her, and she could hardly just tell her to hush so she could rush out and go out with him. It was a little difficult too- slipping out- although she had got by fairly unnoticed. She came a little more nicely dressed tonight too- though still not really dressed up. She had a pair of soft blue denim jeans on and a baby doll top which discreetly accentuated her form, her long blonde locks teased into soft curls and tucked back behind her ears, her make up very subtle and light. • The dog was just about as smitten with the girl as the boy was - so as the both of them rose up to head off to meet her, Damien cut in front of Ryan, causing him to stumble to regain his balance - Damien then rushing off to greet the girl. • He shrugged a little bit at that, "He's impossible. I'm just going to have to figure something out with student loans or scholarships or something. He said he won't pay for me to go take "picture taking" lessons, as he calls it." Again, he shrugged, brushing it off - he had the whole summer, really, to worry about it - he'd already been accepted into the school, so tuition would come later, he supposed.   The rain that had started falling had driven them to the safety of his Jeep, where they'd promptly curled up together in the back seat, laid down, listening to the rain hit the roof, chatting until they both dozed off. • She hated storms... she always had- even when she was a little girl she had gone running into her brothers room and curled up in bed with them. But she felt safe in his arms, and even while the thunder had rolled and the lightening illuminated the sky and the rain poured down she felt safe with him. After the storm had calmed and the rain pounded in a neat pattern on the roof of his jeep she had easily slipped into a deep sleep, with Damiens snores coming from the front seat. • She smiled gently when he agreed- but it was obvious she was very worried and scared about turning up so late. She was never at any risk in the least of being hurt but she hated that she would have caused them all unnecessary stress.
