She watched the two dalmation pups leaping, with great effort, over the sands as she trailed slowly behind, her hands tucked into the warm jacket she wore, her long hair tugged up into a messy ponytail hap-hazardly, her face, creased into lines of concern, free from make-up. Things weren't all better yet, they weren't even close. She was having trouble finding ajob this side of christmas, everywhere already filled with christmas workers, and the bills were still piling in. She couldn't burden Ayumi with any more... besides which, witht he christmas season and her break up with Josh, she felt hopelessly lost... and alone, hence the adoption of the homeless pups she couldn't bring herself to leave in the trash can, dispite her lack of funds.
