She didn't seem like a dangerous threat to national security, but one could never make rash judgements.   • It took a while for her to notice him - she had had that feeling of being watched for some time, but hadn't been too concerned, and searched for the source only after she turned and was strolling back down the beach towards her stuff again. A brow cocked as she spotted the red glow of his cigarette before she took him in carefully yet easily, fingers tucking into her back pockets.
