Subject: I used to know the sound of your smile

The car ride to the beach with Jada wasn't laced with interesting conversation. Actually, Skylar was unusally silent, feeling a little awkward and glad when they got there and he could hop out and breath in the familar scent of the briney water. The wind blew his blonde shag around his face and he brushed it aside with a sigh and then looked over at the girl.
"Here we are..." he said, unsure of what to say now. Wow this wasn't like him at all!
Come on Sky, pull yourself together here... he thought to himself, offering the female a smile
