I'm missing your bed, I never sleep
Avoiding the spots where we'd have to speak
And this bottle of beast is taking me home

It had been a few days since he had spoken to anyone other than his cousin and her husband, and he was quite content to keep it that way. Sitting on the tailgate of his truck, his fingers wrapped around the Corona between his legs, he sighed softly and dropped his gaze to his swinging bare feet...
