.alrighty, so gaia really hadn't known, and now she really was in a state of shock mixed with a large amount of suprise. was this good or bad? sam really couldn't read her right now, and that was making him uneasy...
instead of looking directly at her, his eyes drifted to their hands, which her still entwined. nope, he wasn't pulling away... which should tell her something, if she was listening. finally, he lifted his eyes and let them roam her features, she was still blank to sam. now it was sam's turn to be suprised, even horrified. his features all of a sudden dropped, his lips parting as he stared awkwardly at her, lacking words for about a few minutes until part of his speaking capabilities were returned and he mumbled,

"you didn't get them."

it was more of a statement then a quedtion. somehow, gaia hadn't received any type of communication from him from thankgiving to now... but god knows, he had tried to get in touch with her... what the hell had happened? Suddenly, and he felt the need to explain everything, to tell her it all,

"i didn't just say nothing. i tried calling you, and emaling you, i even came to your house, this... one day. ella, she told me she'd give you the messages... but, you... never got them, i take it. everything that happened was real, gaia. everything... and i need to know what you think about it."

yeah, he needed to know... and soon.
