"I won't argue with you, because... Well, I suppose 'great people' don't argue, and seeing as I'm trying to be 'great' like you, then... Well... I'll just say thanks. So... Thanks, Tex." Liam's lips curled into a broad smile as his eyes came to settle 'pon hers. With a bit of a sigh and a shake of his brown-haired head, Liam chuckled lowly. "Do 'great people' ramble? ...Because I'm a rambler." Again, Liam noted, Tex was being the official-liam-ego-booster. To tell you the truth, Liam wasn't all that used to people complimenting him -- or girls complimenting him, simply 'cause he didn't allow the compliments to get him, and because... Well, more often then not, girls scared him with their gotta-get-cha flirtatious ways. But like he'd thought-mentioned before, Tex was different. And Liam supposed that he liked the difference that Tex represented. Before he even spoke a word, he too caught sight of the barbies and kens who were leaving via the parlour doors. David and a few other guys called out to him, waving their hands in motions that clearly indicated that he and Tex should c'mon over. Liam almost rolled his eyes, he'd have much rathered to have just stayed here and talked alone with Tex for another while, but then the team and their barbie-clones had gone and remembered that he and Tex were still there. Liam glanced back towards Tex with a somewhat sour expression before mumbling, "Ugh... We'd better go with 'em. I suppose we should 'cause the game is in about an hour, alright Water-girl slash Number-one-fan?" That sour expression was wiped out by a smile as Liam pulled himself out of the booth and extended a hand towards Tex, willing to help her up and out of the disgustingly-coloured booth.
