Once again straight from diabloii.net:

As a number of people have mailed to report, the duping bug has been fixed. Blizzard did some server side patching this morning and it's now impossible to dupe items (with known methods) and this also appears to have fixed the awful lag spikes that had been so common for the last few days. So good news and better news. There's no word about what they'll do about all of the dupes that have been made already though, so the economy is still pretty well screwed, but at least it's not getting any worse.
