The odd thing to me is that people think it's harder on the eyes to read from a PDA than a book. It's quite the opposite for me, as long as I'm not in the glare of the sun.

I can set the font a little bigger in an ebook, and as long as it's a color screen with 240x320 or greater, I find it a relief to my eyes.

Personally, I prefer reference books in paper, but novels are definitely nicer in ebook form. One huge advantage (above and beyond the fact that I enjoy using the PDA anyway) is that wherever I am, multiple books are available. That means I can make a lot of progress even when I have multiple short waiting times. And I can pick what book to read based on my mood. I usually keep several going at one time. Some serious Christian reading, a classic book from Project Gutenberg, and a good light fun novel.
