Subject: Arrival (Was Onward) {Atlas}

Atlas awoke to the sounds of shouting that night. It was the beginning of one of the many encounters he and his companion, Anarky, would face on their trek up the slopes. The parcel was important to many, as figured by the Troll, however to some it was a matter of life and death. This particular encounter had nothing to do with the parcel - that could be percieved - and was seemingly coincidental. Atlas found himself and Anarky (as well as the poor driver) attacked by a pack of angry Griffons. The five beasts fought with ferocity, and without mercy, but in the end the two wrestlers used wit and brawn to overpower the foes.

Our hero's predictions were a tad bit off, as they arrived an hour or so after night fall - and the Driver parted ways with them, thanking them profucely for the protection.

Now Atlas stood with Anarky at the foot of a mountain of sheer rock. She eyed him questioningly, and looked back to the rock.

"So now what? We Climb?"
