Subject: New Yahoo- Old Yahoo

My mom just got a yahoo mail addy and says she can't find anything.

I think it's cause she has the new yahoo page design that I didn't like - but don't know how to tell her to get back to the original yahoo design.

anyone know how to do that?

[> You mean the new Yahoo Beta version of Yahoo mail? If that's it, she can easily switch back. Once she logs in to her Yahoo Mail, up near the top of the page where it says "Welcome (yourname)" there should be a little link that says "switch back". If it's not that, have her click on "options" near the upper left of the page when she's signed it. There she can change all sorts of stuff around until she's happy with the view. -- Sarahsue, 12:51:41 02/12/07 Mon [1]

[> [> well - mom's not too quick with computers - not that her daughter is much better, but I don't use the new version so I didn't know where to find it - I'll start by trying to have her find the 'switch back' part. - thanks -- chris k, 14:52:31 02/12/07 Mon [1]

[> [> [> I can vouch for both those statements. LOL How's your mom doing, Chris? Tell her hi from me. Sarahsue is correct. That happened to me and I switched back. -- judi, 15:24:51 02/12/07 Mon [1]
