Subject: We just got a DVR with our DISH.

It has a USB port on the front of it. Do I need special software to be able to take a movie I've recorded on the DVR and copy it to a disc? I'm totally clueless, and thank you so much for starting this board

[> If it's TiVo, their tech support by phone is excellent. It is capable of aloowing you to download from Tivo to DVD and instructions are on their Web site as well. If it's a different brand I don't know. By the way their tech support is in S. CA -- CAZ, 07:49:29 03/16/07 Fri [1]
