About bloody time Hank showed up but in true VK style you've twisted things to your advantage. so RJ and dawn are now step sister and brother. that's going to be interesting.
One little thing Angel was still Angelus at this time.
I like your version of events. Some things I couldn't get out of my head that you didn't know about was the way Elizabeths watcher treated her and how she wasn't really a brave slayer i can imagine further into your ending how scared she really would've been being trapped in that room. Which is a bonus for me :)
Xander takes Xanders wallet and fills the till. Did Xander do this or Spike?
I got a big smile from that last scene that was so great of Xander. It shows he's grown up a bit and can "see" things a lot clearer.
I have one gripe there was no sitting under a tree opening prezzies ;) Xander and Spike gave each other something. JUst so I don't go mad what did they get each other- make it up :D

She gets close to RJ and not only do you mortify her in an elf costume, but you make them step-siblings. What's your attitude about that? You are taking this around a lot of threads. It seems stand-alone for all but Spike. Nonetheless, you have the series going great. Keep 'em coming.
