tova sa dosta dobri rezultati. Obshto vzeto e maxa, koito mozhe da se izkara za 6 sedmici za 3-te upr. AKo da kazhem napravish cikul samo za edno upr. mozhe i po-dobri rezultati, no da se balansirat i 3-te e po-trudno.
Za leg-a rezultatite sa super dobri, men ako pitash. Povecheto hora stoiat na lega na edna i sushta tezhest sus mesetzi. Za elitni atleti za 6 sedmici dori i 1kg da kachat max-a na lega e mnogo dobro postizhenie.
Struva mi se che pri testvaneto malko prekaliavash sus predvaritelnata umora. Az kato testvam, obiknovenno trugvam mnogo directno i tezhko sus singli(tova e zashtoto sum sviknal i ne zagriavam). Celi 8 povt. mi se struva mnozhko, puk i ti imash navika da pochivash malko ;]

Blagodaria ti mnogo, che izprobva programata. Vse pak predi da slozha niakva statia triabva da sum siguren che raboti, shtoto vinagi mozhe da se praviat greshki pri praveneto na programi ;]

Za tvoite 80kg, mozhe oshte mnogo sila da kachvash. Az si mislia che sravnitelno bezproblemno shte stignesh do tiaga 160, klek 130-140 i leg 90-95kg. Ottam nagore shte e malko po-trudnichko.
